Privacy Policy

Qiro Digital Group Pte. Ltd. (“Qiro”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, disclose, store and otherwise process personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request access to case studies, subscribe to communications or engage with Qiro.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect information including your name, work email address, telephone number, job title, company name, company website, LinkedIn profile, location, enquiry details and other information you voluntarily provide.

We may also collect technical information relating to your use of our website, such as browser information, device information, IP address, pages visited and website usage data through cookies, analytics tools and similar technologies.

The PDPA can apply where cookies are used to collect personal data, although not every cookie necessarily collects personal data.

How we use your information

We may use personal data to respond to enquiries; assess and respond to requests for case-study access; provide our services; communicate with prospective and existing clients, partners and suppliers; manage business relationships; administer our website; understand how our website and communications are used; maintain security; comply with legal and regulatory requirements; and maintain appropriate business records.

Where you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications, we may also send occasional information about Qiro’s services, insights and updates.

Case-study access requests

Information submitted through our case-study access form is used to assess your request, verify relevant professional or business information where appropriate, communicate with you regarding the request and provide approved materials.

Submission of a request does not guarantee access. Qiro reserves the right to approve or decline requests at its discretion.

Marketing communications

Where required, we will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing communications.

You may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided or by contacting us.

Singapore's PDPA also contains specific Do Not Call provisions applicable to certain marketing messages sent to Singapore telephone numbers.

Disclosure of personal data

We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary to service providers and professional advisers supporting our business, including website hosting, communications, analytics and technology providers.

We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or a competent authority.

We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some service providers we use may process or store information outside Singapore.

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps as required under applicable law to ensure an appropriate standard of protection. The PDPA's Transfer Limitation Obligation requires overseas transfers to meet prescribed requirements for comparable protection.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business or legal requirements, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining it as appropriate.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, modification, loss or similar risks.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, understand website usage and improve the visitor experience.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Qiro is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of third-party websites. You should review their respective privacy policies before providing personal information.

Your personal data

Subject to applicable law, you may contact us regarding access to or correction of personal data we hold about you, withdrawal of consent, or questions about how your personal data is handled.
